Let The Women Be Women

KB..KB...KB....
Women with lipstick and high-heels are on the lose..
If caught, they may be fined up till RM500 per offence.
Plus, women are not allowed to put on heavy make-up.

Kinda rubbish.. the sound of heels> clickaty-clackaty can
arouse men.. Women who wants to wear heels to work are
advised to get those with rubbery soles.. wahaha~
Then just wear 'selipar' la (selipar + socks = to be more exact).
If only 'selipar', can see the cute toes and pinkies then it arouses men..

Even the sight of a girl with lipstick also can arouse men? Hmm... wonder what's next? What about putting on lip balm/vaseline? Is it forbidden too? It moisturizes cracked lips and yet it shimmers a little.

**Beware~ KB men is known to have the
Maybe women aren't allow to walk next.. maybe the swaying of the hips can arouse men..
Oh no cannot.. if women were to sit on wheelchairs, they have to wheel it.. and maybe those movements are considered arousal too...
Sigh~ what has the KB men become to? They sound weak to me..
Not that I'm living there or I wanna live there..
It's just not so fair to women.. to blame wholly on women..
Let the woman be a woman!!!!!
A little of lipstick and some heels won't hurt right?
No wonder girls and women runaway from KB to elsewhere to a
'men-not-so-easy-arouse' state..
Anyone could make the clickaty-clackaty sound.. I can knock a mug against the table.. or I can simply tap a pen continuously.. thought it would be irrating and annoying but somehow it arouses KB men...

Maybe the men at KB should do something about themselves..instead of putting the blame unnecessarily.
Here are some suggestions..
  • Lipstick Issue - KB men should put lipstick on too, that way the arousal goes both ways. So girls~
  • High-Heels Issue - all offices should be carpeted to avoid the clickaty-clackaty sound, even the stairs escalators and elevators, etc; should be carpeted..
Or, make it an all-men state... TADA!
Well if men in KB gets arouse so easily maybe they should consider to do something 'down there'.. Is there a 'DISVIAGRA'?

Or maybe wear a chastity belt and only 'the wife' @ 'keyholder' has the key to it. Then it's more safe.. safer for the him and safer towards mankind.

What they implement in KB is like telling KB women to be careful.. especially if you're wearing lipstick and high-heels, the chances of being pried by men is higher...

Meet the new ShoeCode:

Cheers~

When A Movie Reflects on Reality

MADE OF HONOR

Sigh~
What a movie!
So romantic yet captivating..

Patrick Dempsey took his role as Thomas@Tom well..

>Wonder why Patrick Dempsey is keen on taking roles as the guy with the extra ego and pride then turn into a hero and gentleman after all.. His role in Made of Honor is similar to the one he played as Robert in Enchanted. But he's a good looking man and a very poise one I can say.

So did Michelle Monaghan as Hannah..

>Michelle Monaghan is wonderful. I love her. She's so simple yet she looks good.. very au-natural. She was last seen in The Heartbreak Kid, Gone Baby Gone and MI3. She used to be a fashion model before blossoming into an actress.

The movie begins and ends beautifully. I had tears in my eyes..I tried so hard to keep them in my socket not letting them flow out.. If not, I would have bloodshot eyes and I'd gain attention.
I'm a very sensitive kind of person..watching movies and reading newspaper articles on sad stuff makes me cry... too emotional; some say.

It's a perfect rendition of a real-life situation..
Best friends falling in love, went through rough times.. patch things up and live happily ever after.. I don't know about reality cuz I've encountered the opposite ending..
Not that I fell in love with my best friend.. but I think a best friend should remain a friend..unless you fall head over heels for him/her. They're not going to wait for you to come and tell you how they feel.. As the saying goes, 'slow and steady wins the race' but i doubt this phrase qualifies in this kinda situation. You wouldn't want to regret later in life for not making that extra move..

Sometimes it's hard to differentiate between 'love in a friendship' and
'love in a relationship'. Maybe that's why it's so hard to know one feels.
One would worry if you express yourself to your best friend and at the same time, they don't feel the same about you.. what if they runs away and never comes back into your life.. pretty scary, then you'll go like F#@$%^

In Made of Honor, it's obvious that your life partner should :

  • make you feel happy and at ease all the time
  • know what you have in mind
  • know what you're going to say next
  • know what are your cravings
  • love you the way you are eventhou you're not perfect
The times are different nowadays..People used to say women seek on the 5Cs'... But today, there are new 5Cs' in town.
It used to be :
Now it's :
So, to tell or not to tell? To express or not to?
I guess it's up to you.. at least you have tried.. trying is better than not trying..
You'll either lose your best friend or gain a best friend and a life partner at the same time.
After all love goes around.. it doesn't just stop right there.

We Felt the AWESOMENESS

You can see they felt the awesomeness too!!

The other day we brought the kids to watch the much anticipated 'Kung Fu Panda'..
My sis and Jake's younger sis tagged along cuz' they wanna feel the awesomeness too..
I've booked the tickets earlier via e-ticketing to save time on queuing and to avoid the kids' disappointment in case there weren't any tickets anymore..
We chose to watch at GCS @ Pavilion cuz' the seatings are much more angled...
>better for short people.. kidding.. so the kids can get a better view; instead of rows and rows of heads..

It was freezing out there at the Concessions.
As usual we bought popcorns, drinks, potato chips, etc.. for the kids. A day at the movies' wouldn't be fulfilled without snacks to munch thru' the movie..
After we entered the movie house, it went from cold to warm instantly.. it's so cozy due to the house was awesomely full!! Half of the seats in the house were patronized by kids, the other half were "kids at heart"!!
The movie started off with awesomeness and throughout the story it was great.. very awesome indeed.. thou Po was awesomely fat he still is awesome..
I guess confidence is what you need to be awesome..

Jack Black is PO @ Panda
-was awesome as ever he could be.. double thumbs up for him > he made my kids giggled
??? He is the infamous Nacho Libre.

Dustin Hoffman is SHIFU @ Master
-was kinda lost but he found his way...
??? He was Mr. Magorium.

Angelina Jolie is TIGRESS
-was egoistic in a good way.. but the tigress look more like a tiger to me..
??? Sex Goddess @ Brad Pitt's partner @ Tomb Raider

Jackie Chan as MONKEY
-was quiet.. so quiet that I thought he can't talk.. maybe his character was a shy one.
??? If you don't know who he is, I'm speechless.

Seth Rogen as MANTIS
-was 'kecil-kecil cili padi'... you know what I mean
??? He acted as a nerd in Knocked Up.. upcoming movie > SuperBad

Lucy Liu as VIPER
-was lightning fast and yet so cute with the pink ribbons> vicious
??? She's the Asian kick-butt gal in Charlie's Angels..

David Cross as CRANE
-was a little stuck-up at first but soon, he cooled down
??? He's best remembered as Ian(bad guy) in Alvin & The Chipmunks..

Well, OOGWAY gave a very nice quote in the movie...
Oogway quoted :

But then I found out, the quote was originally quoted by Joan Rivers... AIYAK~ it's still a good quote thou'.. very true indeed.
Oogway means tortoise in Cantonese.. his voice-over was done by Randall Duk Kim..

??? Who is Randall?
??? He's the keymaker in The Matrix and you'll see more of him as Grandpa Gohan in the upcoming Dragonball Movie!

We went through 1 hour and 43 minutes of awesomeness.. credits was awesome too.. even Joe asked why it ended so fast..
Javier didn't even doze off.. nor did he go up and down the steps.. It must have been awesome for him too...

MGS4

What is MGS4, one might ask..
It's Metal Gear Solid 4...
Don't think I don't know bout' games!
I used to be a geek too... HIGH-5, if you are one too!

Well, I'm not a gaming freak.. just happen to see and watch and get into
'the what's in' at the moment.
It's nothing bad and it can't be that bad..
I try to get involve in whatever hubby is interested in..
After all, 'two heads really think better than one'..
And it's much more fun to share the moment together...

Metal Gear has a special place in my heart because it introduced me the word STEALTH~
-silly to hear but true to me...

MG4.. WOW~
What a wait, huh? It's been like almost a decade since the first Metal Gear Solid was released..

The Chronology

  • Metal Gear Solid : Twin Snakes > 1998
  • Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty > 2001
  • Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater > 2004
  • Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots > 2008
*there are other versions too.. but the above are the big big ones.. wahaha~

The first MGS was published in 1987 by Konami in Japan.. I was only 2 years old back then..

Solid Snake quite lengchai ah.. His physique is based on Jean Claude Van Damme > woohoo~
After I found out that his facial expression is based on Christopher Walken, I was like yameh?
Anyway, I googled and found out yea quite similar, based on the younger days of him thou..

THEN.....
J.C.V.D + Christopher W. = Solid Snake

NOW... J.C.V.D + Christopher W. = Solid Snake

The brainiac behind all the MGSs' is HIDEO KOJIMA.
Salute~
Hideo Kojima will be 45 this year and he doesn't look the bit for his age..
He looks like 30+ to me.. I guess playing games makes you look 10 years younger huh...

I'm very eager to know if there's a movie based on Metal Gear Solid.
It would definitely be good... but hopefully it's 'live action' not 'CGI'..
Here are some results I got from searching..
  • rumors that it is currently filming, yet it's been announced
  • Christian Bale@Batman will be running to play Solid Snake
  • it is due to release in 2009
  • movie will be based on video game
  • will be directed by Kurt Wimmer who also directed 'Ultraviolet' and 'Equilibrium'
Sobs~

Although it's a nice and exciting game, MGS4 needs...

Hunching to School~

I realize nowadays a child's school bag is very heavy..
I can't imagine little ones carrying such a burden to school everyday.
I've weighed Joe's school bag today.. it's approximately 10kg..
and he's only in Year One..
He weighs at 20kg.. he's already carrying half of his body weight..
And I think he's starting to hunch and I'm worry about that.

10kg for an adult is okay.. walking up the flight of stairs with 10kg on your back is also quite challenging already.

It's not because they bring all their books to school..
But given the timetable, they have at least 4-5 subjects a day...
Each subject have a minimum of 2 books.. a textbook and a workbook..
So (4 x 2 = 8 books); sometimes 10 books.. and I haven't even add the exercise books yet!
*What about the water bottle, lunch box, pencil case, color pencils, etc?

I don't think the school bag can hold the books for long..
It's quite heart-wrenching to see them walk up the stairs with their heavy backpacks behind them as the weight are pulling them down. They could fall anytime with just a slight push.
Quite a number of parents do carry the backpacks up to their child's classroom to avoid such incident. A lot of parents did complain but the school ain't doing nothing bout' it which is SAD~
When I pick my son after school, I see little kids carrying their bags which are way bigger than themselves. It's even scarier to see them wobbling down the stairs from the 3rd floor.
Some do fall and slide a few steps down..
Even those who have bags with wheels are struggling to bring their bags down the stairs.. They just drag their bag and you can hear the sound, 'duk duk duk duk' from afar. Wheels or no wheels they still prefer to drag it up and down.

-Sometimes I do worry that accidents might happen.. and if it does it'll be called "The ChildBag Landslide"

Loving-It Being Preggers and Being Post Preggers

I love being pregnant.. Pregnant ROCKS~
Yes, it actually rocks - at least for me..
Jessica Alba hates it.. but I love it...

See, when I'm pregnant a.k.a. preggers, I get to eat and indulge in food.. not that I don't get to do it now. Kinda like a guilty pleasure for me. But it's the thought of sharing what I eat with the little one inside me..
Isn't it YUMMILICIOUS?

Hmm.. the thing is.. when I'm preggers. I like my body.. the curves and the boobs.. Yes the boobs does expand so does the butt> but becareful of the butt expandations.. it could cost you many butt accidents.. eg. ripped pants and knocking stuff off shelves. Oh and the glow is very true.. it ain't a myth as one would say. My cheeks appeared pinkish and my complexion was pearly. Anyway it's very pretty wearing maternity clothes.. I love my maternity jeans. They're super comfortable and very chiq i can say. They don't come cheap either.
(PS. I still have them > check them out!!!)
Then people would ooh and aah with you. And you get extra benefits like going thru' express lanes.. need not to queue > WOO-HOO~ Plus I get privilege seats at public places, get to use the disabled loo, and furthermore, I get to take my time walking slowly. Erm.. FYI I walk with posture when I was preggers.. not penguin-like which I watched most preggars did.. Left>Right>Left>Right...They didn't stand up straight. Just follow the comfort of their body. Ah.. very bad for preggar's body.

THAT'S THE JOY OF BEING PREGGERS~
_____________________________________________________________

Then, there's the post preggers body.. Sorry honey, the little one has taken all your
good stuff and put to good use. Gone are the smooth and silky skin.. gone are the shiny tresses.. gone are the fluid inside of you.. you feel like you've been drained dry.
But don't worry the boobs and butt stays..YEAH~
Just that it's a little flabbier and heavier in size. Boobs are sore cuz the milk glands are full.. feels like they can't wait to burst. That's when the breast-feeding come and save you. The skin becomes elastic and the stretch marks becomes more visible cuz at last you'll get to see the other end of your stretched tummy. HAHA~

Don't mean to scare any of you but that's that way it is..

Then you'd wish you had gotten that special exclusive cream for your stretch marks. I did use.. but not those RM500 a tube kind.. I think I bought a few... Cocoa Palmer Butter, Colonial Dames Vitamin E Oil and etc.

Not a very pleasant sight for the first few weeks.. then it starts to hurt when the uterus contracts to it's normal size which is BTW very good indeed. Breast-feeding does wonders.. it helps to minimize the size of your tummy, reduce the gas and also decreases your chances of getting pregnant..

It doesn't mean '100% safe sex'. Nowadays nothing is safe anymore.

Well, after getting the first sight of your little one, the pain, the ugliness and the moodiness gradually disengages from you and happiness takes over. By the time you've gone home and fuss about 'the little one' and a month has passed then you'll notice yourself again. Your body would have gone back to its original state.. or maybe a few pounds heavier. I tell you, I looked horrible for the first month.
Sorta' like a mad cow.. LOL~

After the ins, outs, ups and downs of getting pregnant, being pregnant and post pregnant, experienced mothers love to brag about their EXPERIENCE to those inexperience ones..
